Wreath Reverse
The reverse of this type has a single-bow wreath and a three-leaf spring above the date of the obverse. There are borders of small beads. However it didn’t gain much popularity. After three months’ production, the design was abandoned and replaced by Liberty Cap.
Instead of the normal sprig above the date, the rare design has a spray of trefoil leaves and a small blossom. It makes such coins very valuable. Good quality of such coins in minted in 1793 can worth over a thousand dollars.
