Liberty Cap
A majoy change was made in 1793 to the large cent, the liberty cap. Libery cap coins were circulated between 1793 and 1796. It has several versions. 1793 version has beaded borders. 1794 version has denticle borders with 94 tiny five pointed stars among the denticles. 1795 large cent is also called Jefferson Head. Good quality of 1793 liberty cap and 1794 starred reverse would worth more than a thousand dollars.
